Maria Richardson, Certified
Massage Therapist
Maria, a Bay Area native,
received her certification
in Massage Therapy from the
Western Institute of Science
& Health in San Francisco,
California. Her range of studies
included anatomy, physiology
and reflexology. She maintains
her own massage therapy practice,
A Touch of Heart,
in the same office.
Services she currently provides
include Deep Tissue, Swedish,
Shiatsu, Reflexology, and
many others. She specializes
in one of the newest areas
of therapy known as Integrative
Massage Therapy, which is
a combination of Shiatsu,
Myofascial Release, and Reflexology
all based on the specific
needs of the patient.
She is a mother to 3 young
children, and has been inspired
by her own pregnancies and
other pregnant women to begin
pursuing specialization in
pre-natal massage.
